Research on Index System of Third-party Evaluation of Government Information Public

Abstract

In the course of Evaluation of Government Information Public, selection of evaluation index is often determined by experts or third-party evaluators. The establishment of evaluation index weight is also random set without clear foundation, therefore, the evaluation result is unfair because of the disunity the evaluation object’s function. Based on Grounded theory, we have put forward an index system. And we have also assigned the evaluation index based on objective and subjective weighting method, thus strengthen completeness and rationality of the index and objectivity and accuracy of the index weight. Our method is finally verified to be correct.
