Study on Layered Coding of W-Z Frame in Distributed Encode

Abstract


In order to use distributed encode on the condition of the limited bandwidth, this paper introduced a layered coding method into the distributed coding, and a new coding method of w-z frame was advanced using high-frequency information in the distributed coding side. Experimental results show that the effect of this algorithm is superior to H.263+ when the bandwidth is small.
