Abstract

Aiming at the head car body of a subway car in China, the finite element analysis model of car body structure of metro vehicle is established by using Hypermesh and ANSYS software, Draw lessons from domestic metro vehicle technical standards, according to the stress analysis and risk degree of the head body of metro vehicle, The stiffness analysis of the body of the subway head car is carried out, the analysis result meets the design requirement.
