New Road-map for Compliance of FAR25.1309 in Designing Civil Aircraft Considering Pilots’ Stimulus & Operation

Abstract

Pilots’ stimulus &operation is important for aircraft flight safety. For aircraft system safety design, safety assessment should consider it. But till now in the aircraft design process, there has little consideration about it. In this present paper, pilots’ stimulus & operation is considered from view of psycho-physics, and then a new idea of FHA (Function Hazard Analysis) considering pilots’ stimulus & operation had shown. And for verification of system safety by SSA (starting from FHA, then FMEA & FTA) is developed into a new road-map.
