Design of Pretension Tubular Rope Machine Control System Based on RBFNN Tuning PID

Abstract


The pretension process is a complicated mechanical and electrical control system, and the tension is the main factor that affects the quality of the rope. Aiming at the problem that the traditional PID controller is difficult to achieve the ideal control effect, the RBF neural network PID self-tuning control model is proposed. It realizes the on-line automatic adjustment of the controller parameters, which ensures the constant tension operation effect of the pretension process.
