Prediction of Aviation Equipment Readiness Rate Based on Exponential Smoothing Method

Abstract


Aviation equipment readiness rate is an important parameter to test the battle ability of aeronautical equipment, and it is also an important parameter of aeronautical equipment RMS. The readiness rate reflects the reliability, maintainability, supportability, aviation supplies, logistics support, management level and other aspects of aeronautical equipment. In this paper, the definition of aviation equipment readiness and its calculated formulas are given. Then the prediction methods of aviation equipment readiness rate using single exponential smoothing and double exponential smoothing are proposed, and the different prediction methods are compared. The simulation results show that the methods are feasible and effective.
