The Empirical Analysis on the Employability and Its Influencing Personal Factors of Migrant Workers

Abstract

This paper analyzes the influencing personal factors and concludes that the factors such as level of education and self-confidence of the migrant workers are highly related to their employability by means of empirical research. Therefore, the government and enterprises have responsibility to promote migrant workers’ employability, through training, improving the employment environment, and enhancing their self-confidence and so on.
