Fault Detection for Discrete-time Switched Systems Based on Descriptor Observer Method

Abstract


In this paper, we mainly focused on designing a actuator fault detection filter for the discrete-time switched linear systems under output disturbance case. Firstly, an efficient condition is obtained to guarantee the residual system is admissible and satisfies a prescribed ï‚¥ H performance index. Then based on switched Lyapunov function and descriptor observer approach, the designed fault detection filter is successfully obtained. Finally, a numerical example is provided to i llustrate the obtained results.
