Through establishing the crisis early-warning system in construction enterprise, decision maker can know the condition of the whole enterprise or a single-item index visually in good time and find out the weak links. Then some improving means are proposed according to the assessing results in order to deal with the crisis in time, crush the source of trouble in the egg and reduce or avoid the loss that result in.
