Study the Evaluation System about E-government Quality of Service Based on the Customer Perception
Abstract
E-government quality of service is important to the enterprise more and more under cloud computing era, and the evaluation is a key step in the management of e-government. According to the characteristic of e-government in telecom operators, a evaluation architecture for e-government quality of service is proposed in this paper. Moreover, the authors evaluate the e-government quality of service of CMCC (China Mobile Communication Corporation) Yunnan company from the aspects of network factor, service process factor, collaboration factor and resource allocation factor. The evaluation system has certain practical significance for China e-government.
