Study on Environmental Quality Evaluation of Poyang Lake Ecological Economy Zone
Abstract
Poyang lake ecological economy zone is a major step to the rise of central China for Jiangxi province. The measure to protect the ecological resources of Poyang Lake is the same important to develop economy. In this paper, we took the six cities in Poyang lake ecological economy zone as example, and scientifically and effectively assess the environmental quality based on the rough set theory. In the huge index system, not all indexes are useful either, it is conducive to improve the effectiveness of empirical evaluation through removing the redundant indexes, only retaining of key indicators. We took eight principal indexes for evaluation, such as emissions, soil pollution index, average per capita water resources, industrial waste water volume, vegetation species, average per capita green area, population density and economic density. We used the knowledge of classification principle to calculate the importance degree and weight of the eight key indicators, then drew the ranking order of the evaluation objects from high to low: Jiujiang, Fuzhou, Shangrao, Nanchang, Yingtan, Jingdezhen.
