A Weighted Hierarchical Clustering Method Based on AHP

Abstract

Under specific circumstances, hierarchical clustering method cannot cluster accurately. This paper redefined the distance, weighted distances using analytic hierarchy process, through weighting made clustering indicators more focused, getting a better clustering consequent. Finally, we analyzed the influence of subjective and objective weights on clustering, and gave the scope of use.
