Research on the Operation Mode of Enterprise SCRM
Abstract
SCRM (social customer relationship management) is the trend of enterprise customer relationship management in the future, but now the research on SCRM operation mode is less, which hinders the development of enterprise customer relationship management. To adapt to the development of Internet and mobile media, this paper discusses the existing problems in the enterprise CRM system, and combine with the current era characteristics of the changes in the sales channels, the operation mode of enterprise SCRM is introduced and in-depth studied, a new SCRM operation mode is proposed. By effectively addressing the problems of CRM system, data resource utilization can be strengthened, and a better customers experience can be provided.
