Abstract


With the rapid development of e-commerce, China has entered the era of universal online shopping, faced with a large number of shopping information, according to the demand of consumer purchasing behavior, the resources of the supply chain system running in the background of online shopping enterprises are optimized and promoted. To provide customers with satisfactory personalized service is the key to enhance the customer experience value and competitiveness of online shopping enterprises. Based on consumer behavior. First, this paper introduces the structure of online shopping supply chain, and then analyzes online shopping supply chain system of obstacles, it is of great importance to propose the optimization of online shopping supply chain, and improve the satisfaction of consumers in the process of online shopping.
