The Machining Process and Programming of Hardened Steel Based on Concurrent Engineering
Abstract
High speed machining can not only greatly improve production efficiency, but also can further improve the machining precision and surface quality, and solve some efficient processing problem in conventional machining hardened steel and other special materials. In high speed machining process, the use of concurrent engineering can solve the specific problems of processing technology and programming technology, provides practical basis for high speed CNC machining of materials that are difficult to machine as hardened steel. Practice affirms the effect.
