Research and Analysis of Engine Combustion Based on Independent Test System
Abstract
In this paper, we use the self-developed electronic control engine ECU calibration and automatic matching system, to analyze the cylinder combustion dynamics. With the first and secondary filter, collect the combustion pressure of eight-cylinder gasoline engine and crank angle variation over the entire cycle of data; measure and analyze the main parameters of the relevant data within each cylinder; draw a series of reasonable and effective variation of fuel consumption data graphs, etc. It provides an accurate basis for the best ignition timing and fuel economy optimization of eight-cylinder engine.
