Study on Brain Drain of College Counselors Based on Game Theory

Abstract

This paper first analyzes the status and causes of brain drain in college counselors. From the perspective of game theory, this paper builds a game model between college and counselors and analyzes the mixed optimal strategy of both sides of the game. According to the optimal strategy, this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as strengthening the training of tutors, increasing the additional benefits of remaining tutors, improving the supervision and restraint mechanisms, establishing a game equilibrium and effectively controlling the talented tutors in colleges and universities.
