Science (PEEES 2020) was scheduled to open in Chengdu, China from June 29–30, 2020 and it was prepared with every effort of the organizers and the participants. Even though the PEEES 2020 was eventually held online due to the COVID-19, the achievements were still many and great.

From the beginning of 2020, during the preparation of PEEES 2020, we started receiving support and submission from scholars of many countries and regions. They had expressed intense interests in joining and taking part in this international event for the benefits of ours and of their own.

PEEES 2020 was held as an online convention and presentations discussions were conducted via internet. With this new form of meeting, there are it is fair to say that the participants had enjoyed it as well as inspired by the contents. And now as our final effort, we will have the contributions accepted at PEEES 2020 published for the reference of worldwide scientists who missed the great opportunity to share their ideas in this convention.

As a standard, DEStech will submit the technical science conference proceedings to be indexed in EI (Citation and Compendex). DEStech will submit the technical science conference proceedings to EI, Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters Web of Science) and CNKI Scholar for worldwide online citation within one month after the Proceedings is completed. Please note that DEStech does not submit Proceedings of Social Science to EI since they will not be accepted for EI Compendex. However, DEStech will submit proceedings of Social Science to Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Social Science & Humanities (CPCI-SSH). We also caution our editors that Proceedings containing plagiarized material and Proceedings advertised that they will definitely be accepted by EI will be rejected by EI.
