An Empirical Analysis on the Evaluation of Transformation Ability of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Fujian Province

Abstract

Based on the previous studies, this paper expounds the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Fujian province. Secondly, the paper selects three indexes of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, such as the basic conditions, the support ability and the transformation effect, using principal component analysis method. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the relevant policy suggestions are given.
