The Exploration and Practice of College Students’ Scientific and Technological Innovation

Abstract

Under the social background of “encouraging people to start their own business and to make innovationâ€, cultivation of college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is the important content of higher education. Combined with students’ scientific and technological innovation practices of Harbin Institute of Technology, the author proposed to build “the system with two platformsâ€, which is the innovative education system in science and technology, and the technological innovation activity system, which can cover the low-end and being led by high-end, to form the work ideas of innovative practice system supported by extracurricular base. This paper aims to provide references for the cultivation of college students’ innovation ability.
