Study on Higher Vocational Education Tourism Talents Mechanism Innovation of Jilin Province

Abstract

Although remarkable achievements have been made, Jilin Province tourism higher vocational education still has insufficient economies of scale due to the existence of blindness to some extent in the short history and unsound management system development, which caused the tourism higher vocational education not to be integrated well with the tourism development strategy, objective and measures; no stable coordination mechanism has been formed between tourism education institutions and tourism enterprises and long-term planning is in deficiency; in the aspects of growth, training objects, curriculum system, demand plan for talents, and professional faculty quality, etc. of colleges and universities, there are still existing some problems. In this article, analysis of cultivation mechanism innovation for Jilin Province higher vocational education tourism talent was mainly conducted from the following aspects.
