Investigation and Research on the Development of The Racquet Club Hotel in Xi'an

Abstract

This paper makes researches mainly through document literature mathematical statistic. Its study object is customers of tennis club in Xi’an. The result of study are as follow. (1)It has simple management structure and lacks of effective management system. (2)Tennis clubs can be divided into two types, commercial clubs and public benefit clubs. The former aims to make money while the latter is to spread the sport of tennis. (3)For managers of tennis clubs, they have high education but poor experience tower tennis clubs. (4)The majority of club members have bachelor degree, for which the percent of male is above the females. They take part in various actives, for which they mainly want to keep fitness. The main factors that limit member’s activities are weather and time. (5)Beside tennis court and the publication of tennis can have influence on member’s choice, which will hinder the development of tennis clubs.
