The Construction and Measurement of Inclusive Financial Development’s Index System in Shandong Province

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the degree of the development of Inclusive financial development in Shandong province. After reviewed the development of Inclusive Finance in Shandong Province over the period 2005 to 2015, this paper constructs two Inclusive finance indexes to evaluate the situation of Inclusive Finance in Shandong province. The results show that the efficiency of Inclusive financial coverage and Inclusive financial services needs to be further improved in the nearly future. Based on these results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for accelerating the development of Inclusive Finance in Shandong Province.
