A Cognitive Study on Chinese EFL Learners’ Visual Processing Difference of English Words Written in Capital and Small Letters
Abstract
See that an English word could be written as the form of small letters and the form of capital letters, this paper, based on the theoretical framework of acquisition process in reference to words, aims at investigating the visual processing differences between English words written in small letters and English words written in capital letters for Chinese EFL learners in accordance with linguistics, psycholinguistics and cognitive psychology
