The Institutional Guarantee of Internet Financial Consumer’s Security Right

Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of Internet financial has brought people’s living consumption great convenience. At the same time, because the Internet financial is still in its infancy stage, the unstable factor of network transaction itself is particularly severe and the legislation system falls behind, all of which leads that consumers are at a disadvantage in online transactions. The frequent occurrence of network consumer security event indicates that the legal protection system of Internet financial consumer’s security right needs to be improved. Based on the analysis of the loopholes of domestic Internet financial consumer protection system and combined with international experience, this paper, this paper attempts to explore the perfect method of this system.
