The Discussion of Cultivating College Students' Rule of Law Belief in the Perspective of Risk Society

Abstract

Legal education for college students is one of the most important components of the construction of law society. Various social thoughts bring great challenges to legal faith of college students. How to nourish their legal faith is an important historic mission in ideological and political education at present. This paper analyzes the reason of the absence of legal faith from the aspects of inequality in education, attenuation of legal education and the unbalance of economy development. To nourish the legal faith of college students efficiently, it proposes four methods from the perspective of risk society: changing the mind of legal education, innovating the methods and forms of legal education, dredging the mechanism of college students' interests and strengthening the cultivation of the legalization personality of student.
