Aiming at the reform of the credit system of higher continuing education in our country, it cannot meet the needs of the educational modernization and the development of a learning society. Based on the law of development of higher education, taking learners as the center, learning achievement as the guide, breaking the credit system reform as the starting point, taking the construction of credit bank as the starting point, we should combine the single agency model and the agreement coalition mode to explore the accumulation of higher continuing education credits, Credit recognition and credit transfer effective way.
