Abstract


The paper analyzes current situation of undergraduates' mental health education, and states the necessity, importance and advantage of professional teachers to take part in mental health education. The paper discusses the approaches that professional teachers promote undergraduates' mental health literacy. Therefore, the professional teachers must improve their personality charm, professional charm and professional education ability, and build up the idea that the undergraduates are the center of the education, set up a harmonious learning environment with A harmonious atmosphere and unobstructed humanistic environment of Emotional communication and promote their mental health by psychological counseling and humanistic concerning.
