Research on Special Service Strategy of Public Library Based on the Analysis of Online Reading Behavior of Visually Impaired Users
Abstract
Visually impaired people are disadvantaged groups that cannot be ignored in the process of promoting the equalization of basic public services. The public library should take the initiative to pay attention to their special needs and study the behavior characteristics of them in order to carry out targeted service. This paper conducts a research on online reading behavior of visually impaired users from several aspects. On the basis of analysis, this paper puts forward suggestions for special service strategies of the public library from three levels.
