The Influence of Active Personality on College Students' Innovative Behavior

Abstract

Under the background of national innovation and entrepreneurship, colleges and universities have paid more and more attention to the cultivation of College Students' innovative ability. Students with active personality will do more innovative behaviors. How to help more college students to develop their initiative personality and enhance their innovative ability through effective intervention is the main content of this paper. In the group of college students, by cultivating some students' initiative personality, we can enhance their innovative ability, so that more college students can initiate innovation and enhance their overall innovation ability. This paper focuses on the moderating effect of campus culture on the cultivation and innovative behavior of College Students' initiative personality, and proposed academic model.
