A Study on the Teaching Management of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges

Abstract


Communication in the modern school is playing an increasingly important role in the teaching management, and education management communication is a useful tool for the purpose of the education better, its position in the school management is more and more prominent, and how to eliminate in applied undergraduate colleges and universities teaching management communication between managers and teachers communication disorders also become a problem of concern. This article through to xi 'an more than 5 colleges and universities of applied undergraduate academic affairs director and teacher questionnaires, mainly combining with the related knowledge of management, psychology, pedagogy with the method of literature review, questionnaire, analysis the reasons of the teaching management communication disorders, revealing the applied undergraduate colleges and universities teaching management managerial communication obstacles in the process of model. Through the analysis of the individual obstacle factors in communication and the objective obstacle factors in the school, we find six ways to improve the communication effect of teaching management.
