Research on Talent Education for the Elderly from the Perspective of Supply-side Structural Reform
Abstract
Currently, there is a serious shortage of elderly service talent in China, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Chinese old-age care service industry. In the "supply-side structural reform" policy of social background, there is also a structural imbalance between insufficient effective supply and relatively strong actual demand in China, these problems will influence education in colleges and universities. How to effectively solve these problems, build a multilevel training system for the Elderly, strengthen the connotation construction of the related profession, perfect for the old man to form a complete set of incentive policy strategy, which are of great significance to promote a healthy aging society.
