Abstract

The starting point of this paper is based on the importance of supply chain management and the difficulty of parameter research under multi-enterprise collaboration in practice. This paper takes the laboratory environment as the research background, and takes the UFI SCM Sand Table as the research platform. Based on the competitive confrontation between supply chains for several rounds on this research platform, the experimental data are studied, and three main indicators affecting the optimal operation of supply chain are analyzed: warehousing, transportation and market share. Therefore, attention should be paid to the unified coordination and optimal control of inventory at each node of the supply chain. At the same time, the transportation network should be planned as a whole in order to reduce the transportation cost of the supply chain link. Finally, we must improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and increase market share.
