A Review of High-Performance Work System and Prospects

Abstract

On the basis of literature review, this paper studies and evaluates the conceptual connotation and research paradigm of high-performance work system at home and abroad, and then makes some prospects on the future research direction of high-performance work system which combined with Chinese background.
