What would be the Suitable Domain Name for the IoT Era?

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze important issues regarding domain names for the Internet of Things (IoT). Most countries, until recently, have used English dominant domain name for URLs. However, some countries including China and Russia have made attempting Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs).This paper presents the guidelines and implications for the question of what would be the appropriate domain name for the IoT Era.
