The Work Strategy Analyses of Teacher in Charge for the College Freshmen

Abstract

The teacher in charge is in charge of class management and student education responsibility. This article mainly analyzes the two characteristics of college students, and discusses the corresponding strategies on the basis of this work, practice has proved the effectiveness of the strategy.
