The Problem Analysis and Countermeasure Research about Regional Innovation Capacity of Hebei Province

Abstract

The paper analyzed the situation about regional innovation capacity of Hebei Province by comparing the indexes with Beijing and Tianjin and pointed out the problems in Hebei Province for example the lack of investment and talents, low output and bad environment. Then explored the reasons from 4 aspects: government, enterprises, universities and research institutions and science and technology intermediary organizations. Finally, put forward some suggestions to improve the regional innovation capacity of Hebei Province.
