This paper firstly introduces the construction status of Intangible Cultural Heritage Resources, and discusses the importance in combination with “Internet +â€. Mainly analyzes the platform’s construction and Service of Intangible Cultural Heritage Resources. Finally discusses the main problems that to be paid attention to and solved.
