Research on Decision Method of Development and Investment at Large-scale Enterprise

Abstract

The subsidiary companies business conditions of large-scale enterprise are quite different. Straightening out the development and investment of each subsidiary is a problem that parent companies have to resolve. In this paper, the calculating method of the investment demand and supply about subsidiary companies was studied. The sensitivity of investment capability to key influencing factors was analyzed. The two-dimensional dynamic evaluation model of development and investment were established. The differentiation strategy of the subsidiary companies was put forward. The strategy was applied successfully in specific case, which provided a scientific basis for integrated management of parent companies and subsidiary company in modern enterprise.
