Abstract

As a new kind of network organization, virtual technology incubation network can provide knowledge information for main participant across organizational boundaries. This paper analyzes the component factors of "leading - intermediary" mode virtual technology incubation network, and points out two breakthroughs, to make up the disadvantages of incubating enterprise’s weak resource base and to enhance its capacity to absorb knowledge .This to improve the efficiency of knowledge flow in network, improve the incubation performance has a certain guiding role.
